SOUNDPAINTING 1 - 3 Y.O
A CREATIVE MOVEMENT-BASED LANGUAGE THAT HELPS EXPRESS THEMSELVES
Natalie, our artist from California, introduces Soundpainting—a movement-based language that helps babies express their artistic creativity!
Straight from New York, Soundpainting is a playful, interactive movement-based language that allows for the spontaneous, collaborative creation of music, movement, sounds, and stories.
Using simple gestures, children and the adults accompanying them explore, play, and create together as a group. No prior experience is required!

SOUNDPAINTING, A WORKSHOP THAT HELPS BABIES EXPRESS THEMSELVES
Through music, movement, and creative play,
children develop their listening skills, creative expression, self-confidence, coordination,
social skills, and their ability to wait and react.
Soundpainting is inclusive: every child can participate according to their own abilities and skills, while remaining true to themselves.
As a multidisciplinary activity, it engages various senses. It is a playful, accessible, and fun practice that fosters a sense of community.
Come and share this unique experience with your baby 😍
TAKE A GLIMPSE AT A SOUNDPAINTING WORKSHOP
During this workshop, the children discovered and learned the following signs:
Long sound (sustained note, high or low)
Pointillism (short, random sounds)
Air sounds (like waves on the beach or the wind)
Laughter – Sharp burst (a brief, strong sound impulse)
Sound volume
By discovering that every sound-based or physical action has a consequence,
babies become aware of the power of their own voices and body language.
Over the course of the workshops, through the repetition of activities,
they eventually master their voices, learning to play with them
and express themselves better.
